To take the advantage of TCRs and BiTEs, Liddy N et al. [15] and Middleton MR et al. [16] developed ImmTACs, which comprised tumor-associated monoclonal TCR fused to a CD3ε-specific antibody (TCR-based BiTE, TCR/aCD3), and the ImmTACs showed exquisite potency and in vivo efficacy against tumors. The gene discussed is CD3E; the disease is neoplasm.
