The results showed that the dose group of NSKP could shorten the first defecation time, increase the water content of feces, increase the colon propulsion rate, increase the level of 5-HT, decrease the levels of VIP and NO, and regulate the number of ICC through c-kit/SCF signal pathway to moisturize the intestines and relieve defecation.
