CD8A and neoplasm: It is mainly the iCAF population that is reprogrammed by LCMV-based vectors to attract and sustain tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells through: (1) increased intratumoral accumulation of CD8+ T cells via type I IFN-induced chemokines; (2) increased antigen presentation; and (3) prevention of CD8+ T cell exhaustion by FSC-derived molecules, such as IL-33.
