The results suggested that the expression levels of KCNQ1OT1 and ATP1B3-AS1 were higher in the high-risk group, whereas the expression levels of PTOV1-AS2, AC116914.2, EHMT2-AS1, AL136295.2, AC104564.3, and AC073534.2 were lower in the high-risk group than in the low-risk group in the bladder cancer cohort (Figure 8(a)). This evidence concerns the gene ATP1B3 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
