CDKN2A and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Despite barely detectable in normal thymic CD3+ T cells, ZBTB7A is highly expressed in a subset of human T-cell lymphoma, and its overexpression induces the development of a mouse precursor T-cell lymphoma by directly repressing the transcription of the tumor suppressor gene Cdkn2a (Arf) (188).
