PREX1 and pulmonary fibrosis: P-Rex1 is involved in extensive biological procedures including ROS formation (Nie et al., 2010), platelet aggregation (Qian et al., 2012), chemotaxis (Marotti et al., 2017), endothelial permeability, pulmonary fibrosis, and cancer metastasis (Srijakotre et al., 2017).
