IFNA1 and infection: Studies have reported that infection of some RNA viruses (such as VSV, SeV, IAV and SINV) do not change STING electrophoretic mobility and stability, indicating that RNA virus infection does not induce hallmarks of STING activation that are associated with IFN response.19 Here we also did not observe significant changes in cGAS or STING expression in response to MNV infection.
