We found that m6A modification writers, including METTL3, METTL14, and Wilms’ tumor 1-associating protein (WTAP), were upregulated in the CCA tissues (Figure 1A), which was further validated by the CCA cohort in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database (Supplementary Figure S1). The gene discussed is WTAP; the disease is cholangiocarcinoma.
