MCM3AP-AS1 is overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and MCM3AP-AS1 knockdown inhibits the malignant phenotypes of hepatocellular carcinoma cells; mechanistically, MCM3AP-AS1 promotes epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression by the adsorption of miR-455, which in turn enhances the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma [29].
