In Roquin2-overexpressing MDA-MB-468 and MCF7 cells, we found that proangiogenic factors mRNA, including PDGFC, ENG, EDN1, and VEGFB, were downregulated in two breast cancer cells, while the mRNA expression of antiangiogenic genes, including TIMP1/3, SERPINF1, and ANGPTL4 were upregulated (Fig. 3A, B). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINF1 and breast carcinoma.
