At 48 h post-infection, the intracellular RNA and proteins were harvested to examine the expression of SOCS7, IFNs, and HCV, etc. Our data displayed that HCV replication was significantly inhibited (Fig. 7C), and the antiviral response was obviously enhanced (Fig. 6D and E) on condition that SOCS7 expression was decreased. Here, SOCS7 is linked to infection.
