LSM4 and breast cancer: Since EZH2 are currently more studied in breast cancer, and the four novel hub genes (CENPL, ISG20L2, MRPL3, LSM4) and EZH2 are involved in similar signaling pathways derive from GSEA results, we speculate that each novel hub gene has correlation with EZH2 expression, which were verified by the RNA in situ detection results.
