This was a retrospective analysis of 200 men with negative MRI at risk of PCa who underwent prostate biopsy (2014–2020) with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) >4 ng/ml, 4Kscore of >7%, PSA density ≥0.15 ng/ml/cm3, and/or suspicious digital rectal examination. This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy.
