In four identified TNKSi-sensitive cell lines, TNKSi functions by context-dependent targeting of multiple signaling pathways including WNT/β-catenin, YAP and/or PI3K/AKT signaling, followed by loss of MYC expression and the induction of either cytostatic or cytotoxic effects, culminating in impaired tumor cell growth. Here, AKT1 is linked to neoplasm.
