We found that four genes are highly expressed in HCC, among which four genes, CCNB1, CNB2, CDK1, and CYP3A4, are highly expressed in tumors, while CCNB1, CCNB2, and CDK1 are highly expressed in almost all cancer types, which may be involved in the important tumorigenesis or progression as mentioned above. This evidence concerns the gene CDK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
