CXCL10 and neoplasm: Flow cytometry-based analysis of healthy donor T cells were compared to patient peripheral T cells and tumor infiltrating T cells and demonstrated that the T cells from the tumor had a higher expression of CXCR3 (Figures 1A–C and Table 1), highlighting the dependance on chemokine signaling, specifically CXCL9 and CXCL10 to traffic T cells from the periphery into the brain (Figures 1A–C and Table 1).
