Interestingly, we also found a significant increase in CD8+ T cells in the tumor draining lymph nodes (DLN) (the inguinal lymph node from the flank where the tumor was implanted) as compared to the non-draining lymph nodes (NDLN) (the inguinal lymph node from the flank opposite to the one where the tumor was implanted) in the mice treated with the combination regimen (Figure 3J). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
