We noticed that both CCNB1 and CD9 could interact with 4 lncRNAs (MYCNOS, TERC, SNHG1, MIR17HG), along with positive coefficients between CCNB1 and lncRNAs and opposite trends on CD9. CCNB1, an oncogene that controls the cell cycle at G2/M, had been found to be overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic cancer (49, 50). This evidence concerns the gene MIR17HG and pancreatic neoplasm.
