In the present study, based on an integrated analysis of four datasets – GSE69164, GSE77509, GSE76903, and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)-Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma (LIHC) – we found that patients with poor prognosis of HCC and recurrent carcinoma tended to have high expression of small nucleolar RNA host gene 3 (SNHG3), long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 205 (LINC00205), anti-silencing function 1B histone chaperone (ASF1B), aurora kinase B (AURKB), cyclin B1 (CCNB1), cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3 (CDKN3), and denticleless E3 ubiquitin protein ligase homolog (DTL). The gene discussed is AURKB; the disease is carcinoma.
