By examining different online platforms, namely, Ensembl (https://www.ensembl.org/), LNCipedia (https://lncipedia.org/), miRDB (http://mirdb.org/), and the ENCORI pan-cancer analysis platform (http://starbase.sysu.edu.cn/), we determined that PVT1 and VEGFA are targeted by miR-152-3p, which was identified as a potential inhibitor of PVT1 and VEGFA [23].
