CST2 and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma: After comparing CST2 expression in multiple cancer and normal tissues based on the TIMER database, our results showed that several cancer tissues, including bladder carcinoma, breast cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, COAD, esophageal carcinoma, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, pulmonary enteric adenocarcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, thyroid cancer, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and others, had higher CST2 mRNA levels relative to normal tissues (Fig. 7).
