In this study, we compared the levels of marker panel (CEA, Ca 15–3, Ca 125, Ca 72-4, cytokeratin fragment 19 (CYFRA 21-1), ferritin (FERR), AFP, and neuron-specific enolase (NSE)) in breast cancer with that in benign controls, respectively, and tried to find an effective marker combination and a better diagnostic capability for nonmetastatic breast cancer. The gene discussed is ENO2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
