The level of intestinal damage (I-FABP, median, IQR, pg/mL) was lower in BSI than in non-BSI group at T0 [167.6 (120-655.1) vs 708 (422.5-1424), respectively, p=0.01] (Figure 3C), but not at T7 (Figure 3F). This evidence concerns the gene FABP2 and bathing suit ichthyosis.
