TNF and COVID-19: According to a cohort of 694 patients with rheumatic and inflammatory diseases in France(published in Dec 2020), use of anti-TNF agents did not increase the risk of severe COVID-19 (OR=0.44, 95% CI: 0.19–1.04) or death (OR=0.74, 95% CI: 0.22–2.01), and reduce the rate of hospitalization (OR=0.55, 95% CI: 0.32–0.95,P<0.01) (22).
