ACE2 and COVID-19: Yao et al. (2020) reported that the core active compounds such as bicuculline, luteolin, and quercetin in Kangbingdu Granules showed good affinity to SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease. They could interact with ACE2 via its targets PTGS2, HSP90AB1, and PTGS1 to regulate multiple signaling pathways, thereby exerting therapeutic effects on COVID-19.
