Unexpectedly, high FBXO16 mRNA levels were significantly associated with relatively better overall survival (OS) and post-progression survival (PPS) in ovarian cancer patients (Fig. 1D, E), especially in those patients with stage 2 and stage 3 ovarian cancer (Fig. 1F), suggesting that high level of FBXO16 might have a tumor suppressor role in ovarian cancer.
