We found that treatment with anti‐IgE, anti‐IL‐5/R and anti‐IL‐4R while improving asthma outcomes, also all significantly reduced the symptoms of CRSwNP measured by SNOT‐20, supporting the “one airway concept” that assumes similar pathomechanisms in CRSwNP and asthma.7 The gene discussed is IL5; the disease is chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.
