Hypertension activated all the relatively detected proteins (p < 0.05), and activated NF‐κB pathways were inhibited by all three training paradigms (Figure 4B–D) (p < 0.05); the degree of inhibition increased with increasing training intensity (TLR4: SHR‐S 2.20, SHR‐L 1.87, SHR‐M 1.30, SHR‐H 1.24‐fold compared with WKY‐S; p‐p65: SHR‐S 2.04, SHR‐L 1.77, SHR‐M 1.15, SHR‐H 1.08‐fold compared with WKY‐S; p‐IκBα: SHR‐S 3.14, SHR‐L 2.54, SHR‐M 1.16, SHR‐H 1.12‐fold compared with WKY‐S). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and Hypertension.
