COMT and insomnia measurement: The results of a linear regression, taking the anxiety score as the dependent variable, showed that higher total FACT-Cog score (B = -0.07) and the intake of fosaprepitant compared to not (B = -2.17) were significantly associated with lower anxiety scores, whereas more severe insomnia (higher ISI scores) (B = 0.19) and having the COMT Met/Met genotype compared to those having at least one Val Allele (Val/Val and Val/Met) (B = 1.09) were significantly associated with higher anxiety scores (Table 4, Model 3).
