PSMC4-related genes were involved in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)- and inflammation-related pathways and networks such as “Signal transduction_CXCR4 signaling via MAPKs cascades” and “Signal transduction_Angiotensin II/AGTR1 signaling via Notch, Beta-catenin and NF-κB pathways”, which may participate in breast cancer (Supplementary Figure 9 and Supplementary Table 6). This evidence concerns the gene WNK2 and breast carcinoma.
