There were 14 patients with hepatitis B and 109 patients without hepatitis B. As shown in Table 4, except for the absolute value of CD4+ TCM, which was significantly reduced in patients with hepatitis B [177.47 (117.20–272.21) vs. 272.73 (204.17–363.97) (p = 0.025)], the frequency and absolute value of other CD4+ lymphocyte subsets did not significantly differ between the two groups. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is hepatitis B virus infection.
