In the multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model, only IL-6 (<11.81 vs. ≥11.81: HR = 0.17, 95% CI: 0.03–0.95; p = 0.044) and ALB (≥33.80 vs. <33.80: HR = 0.28, 95% CI: 0.08–0.94; p = 0.040) were significantly and independently correlated with OS in patients with CIP (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy.
