By reviewing the literature, we get that the NOVA1 could regulate telomerase in most types of cancer cells [42], the SF3b1 is associated with spliceosome assembly and therapeutic targeting of its cancer dysfunction [43], KHDRBS2 revealed frequent mutations in renal cell carcinoma [44], and TIA1 could regulate expression of VEGF producing more complexity to the angiogenic pattern of colorectal cancer [45]. Here, TIA1 is linked to renal cell carcinoma.
