IL6 and myeloid sarcoma: Krivenko et al. (Krivenko et al., 2020) evaluated the effect of fluoxetine on the production of IL-6 and IL-1 β by DCs in MS and showed that the compound could inhibit the production of these cytokines, indicating that fluoxetine could exert an anti-inflammatory effect on MS by regulating the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by DCs.
