A higher PSMA mean intensity score (SUVmean) (OR, 1.61 [95% CI, 1.12–3.32]; P = 0.01) and a lower PSMA tumor volume (OR, 0.42 [95% CI, 0.18–0.94]; P = 0.04) remained predictive of PSA50, whereas PSMA tumor volume (HR, 2.19 [95% CI, 1.38–3.46]; P = 0.001) predicted a worse OS (Fig. 4).
