We and others have shown that inhibition of Notch signaling results in Rag1 and Rag2 downregulation, manifesting an important correlation of Notch1 and Rag1/2 and also implying a role of Rag1/2 in Notch1-induced T-ALL (Riz et al., 2010; Kourtis et al., 2018).
