Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression models were used to identify independent prognostic factors for overall survival; multivariate analysis exhibited that liver cirrhosis, hepatolithiasis, multiple tumors, tumor with poor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, perineural invasion, CA19-9 and GPR-INR score were independent risk factors for overall survival. This evidence concerns the gene ALDH18A1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
