Notably, by reviewing the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD), we excavated three available compounds (Acetaminophen, Urethane and Tunicamycin), which could inhibit the MRPL12, MRPL13 and POP1 simultaneously, implying their anti-neoplastic effects on breast cancer (Figure 11). The gene discussed is POP1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
