Our study not only reveals a potential mechanism of PVT1 playing oncogenic roles in ccRCC by binding and stabilizing HIF2α, but also points out the positive feedback regulation between lncRNA PVT1 and HIF2α protein, highlighting the promising strategy to combat high-PVT1 expression ccRCC with HIF2α specific inhibitors. This evidence concerns the gene PVT1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
