Moreover, we evidenced that midazolam suppressed HOOK3 expressions in CR-NSCLC cells, which were rescued by silencing miR-194-5p (Fig. 4J–L), implying that midazolam negatively regulated HOOK3 through upregulating miR-194-5p in CR-NSCLC cells. The gene discussed is HOOK3; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
