Wolf and colleagues (2018) analyzed patient-level data obtained from a multinational, multicenter, retrospective, non-interventional chart review study on 44 patients with advanced NSCLC with MET amplification, and reported a median OS of 17.8 months (95% CI: 7.2, 85.2) in patients who received MET inhibitors (n = 5) and 6.1 months (95% CI: 4.2, 7.9) in those who did not (n = 39). The gene discussed is MET; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
