Wolf and colleagues (2018) presented results from a multinational, multicenter, retrospective, non-interventional chart review study, and reported on 87 patients with advanced NSCLC with METex14 mutations; a median survival of 10.9 months (95% CI: 7.4, 16.9) was observed for those who did not receive a MET inhibitor (n = 51), and 25.3 months (95% CI: 18.8, 40.9) for those who did (n = 36) [18]. The gene discussed is MET; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
