CLEC4E and infection: We detected a 2-fold increase in Clec12a (p < 0.01), but a significant decrease in Clec7a (p < 0.001), Clec4b1 (p < 0.0001), and Clec9a (p < 0.001) at D9, further suggesting that Mincle was the preeminent CLR expressed in the lungs during infection (Fig 3A and S3 Fig).
