Our study found that expression of PD-1, PD-L1, and PD-L2 in breast cancer patients is mostly increased after chemotherapy with 57.1%, 62.9% and 60% patients have an increase in PD-1, PD-L1, and PD-L2 expression, respectively (Table 2). The gene discussed is PDCD1LG2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
