Among the top 10 enriched hallmarks, we found 49 genes linked to at least two hallmarks relevant for glioblastoma progression and invasion, including those defining epithelial–mesenchymal transition (41), encoding components of blood coagulation (42), as well as genes up-regulated in response to hypoxia (43) and/or by KRAS activation (44), among others. The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is glioblastoma.
