By detecting the expression patterns of lncRNAs in human glioma cell lines treated with doxorubicin and resveratrol, they found that GAS5 was upregulated during doxorubicin-induced apoptosis, NEAT1 and MIR155HG were upregulated in response to resveratrol-induced apoptosis, and MEG3 and ST7OT1 are upregulated in response to apoptosis induced by both agents. This evidence concerns the gene NEAT1 and central nervous system cancer.
