To characterize SE-associated transcripts in PCa, we performed CUT&Tag assays in LNCaP cells using an antibody recognizing H3K27ac modification (Fig. 4A) and obtained 1443 SE-associated genes involved in the progression and drug resistance of PCa (Fig. 4B, C), including essentially lineage-specific transcription factors, such as FOXA1, GATA2, HOXB13 [36], and NCOR1 [37] (Fig. 4A). This evidence concerns the gene FOXA1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
