Two different GEO datasets (GSE108153 and GSE126093) showed that hsa-miR-99a and hsa-miR-100 were down-regulated in CRC tissue compared to normal tissue (Fig. 7A–D, P < 0.001), while data from GSE146587 and GSE110224 demonstrated that HS3ST2 was up-regulated in CRC tissue compared to the normal tissue(Fig. 7E, P < 0.001; F, P < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene HS3ST2 and colorectal carcinoma.
