In our study, the results demonstrated the higher transcripts per million (TPM) levels of SMARCA1, SMARCA2, SMARCA4, SMARCA5, HELLS, and SMARCAL1 in pancreatic cancer samples than that in normal control (P < 0.05), which suggests that the above six genes possessed more transcripts in pancreatic cancer tissues (Fig. 3A). Here, SMARCA2 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
