Pemigatinib, an oral inhibitor of FGFR1, 2, and 3, was recently approved by the FDA for treatment of patients with previously treated, unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic CCA with FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement, based on the results of the FIGHT-202 trial [31, 32].
