MAPK3 and neoplasm: The results showed that targeting ERK1/2 reduced glucose uptake (Fig. 4D), lactate production (Fig. 4E), and ECAR of MCF-7C5RN and MDA-MB-231C5RN (Fig. 4F), while ERK1/2 inhibition also suppressed the glycolysis of tumor cells treated with control neutrophils (Fig. 4D–F).
