It was found that in comparison to undifferentiated AD-MSCs, the expression level of PPARγ, collagen type II, and alkaline phosphatase genes was significantly higher in differentiated cells into adipocyte, chondrocyte, and osteocyte lineages, respectively (p = 0.008, p = 0.003, and p = 0.001, respectively) (Figure 3).
